More photos of Han Hyo-joo in recent fashion shoot

I have to say that I love every outfits Han Hyo-joo wears. I think she did a great job exuding the "strong" female character and yet still very feminine.

Miley Cyrus fashion photoshoot

Who would have thought that this is a 16 yo. She looks 21 to me.

Miley Cyrus became an international phenomenal after starring in the hit show Hanna Montana.
Recently appearing in a series of fashion photoshoot (I am not sure of the clothing brand), Miley's potraying a young, refreshing and hip line of clothing.

Taiwanese singer becomes fashionista in US

Taiwanese celebrity Jolin Tsai is a popular singer, much-copied fashionista, and now successful businesswoman. Her fashion label 72 Changes, which she launched in America recently has been met with overwhelming demand, and she was requested to come up with 200 over new designs in her second launch.

Jolin explained that while some Asian designers try to reflect the feminine elegance of the Chinese culture through or come up with their own unique mish-mash style of everything in their clothes, second range of clothes will instead inspired by the kitschy '80s and secondhand clothing shops.

With a knack for secondhand shops, the pop princess feels that matronly clothes gathered from such stores can also be worn and matched together with other clothes. Jolin cited example of how items bought from secondhand stores or Wu Fen Pu are "fashionable but not expensive". As a fan of cheap and small shops, Jolin divulged that she only visits big shopping malls when she wants to buy some branded goods.

The brand "Seventy Two Changes" was named after her successful album released in 2003 "See my 72 changes". Her line is a collaboration with L.A.M.B co-founder Ken Erman's Truth and Pride. Jolin a director of Seventy two changes is said to be involved in every step of the design process (meaning that she does not design them herself...?) and it was Jolin's personal style that has inspired the collection.

Gossip Girl Clothing Line Dropped By Target

Hollyscoop Bridget Daly reports..

We were this close to being able to dress like the characters on Gossip Girl, and now we’re back to square one! Target has decided to scrap plans for a GG-inspired clothing line.

Anna Sui, who is also a featured designer on the show, was slated to create the line. But Target execs decided they didn’t want to be associated with the racy show anymore.

A source close to the deal tells The New York Daily News, “One of Target’s top executives got nervous about being that closely associated with the show, given the (debauchery) its characters get into.”

A launch party had already been planned as well, and Gossip Girl producers are now furious that it’s been canceled.

The source goes on to say, “There was going to be signage as well as Target symbols in purple and black - Anna’s signature colors. And it was rumored that Anna herself was going to be making a cameo appearance. The crew was thrown into a frenzy because they had to scrap everything they had planned. They can’t believe Target would bail on them, especially after publicly announcing the collaboration.” At least we’ll always have Forever 21 for our back-to-school looks!

Too bad, our Gossip Girl show lovers cannot dress like their favourite stars. What ashamed because the clothing on the show was very nice and to be sold at Target would mean that it's affordable. A bummer executive decision!!!

Would you wear this.....?

I am not too sure if you can call this lingerie (picture above) but this is the outfit that won second place in the "Vietnam Lingerie Designing" competition.

This is not something I would wear but I have to say that there are two very interesting pieces of design, creative is the word. Something that you would see on Project Runway?

Fashion: Hit or Miss?

Anita Yuen (former Miss Hong Kong) in a Christian Dior dress at Hong Kong Film Awards.

I don't like anything about Anita in this black dress. First of all, why black? It's a red carpet event, black is a definite No No! Get that woman, you're not going to a funeral so Don't wear black! Secondly, the spaghetti straps just look damn boring, the straps are more suitable on a tank top for wearing to the beach. And her neck just seem bare without jewellery. Not to mention the hair, that hairstyle makes her look so old.
