Taiwanese model Lin looks forward to starring with Motoki

Taiwanese model/ actress Lin Chi-ling during a recent promotional event of her photo book in Tokyo announced to the press that she's looking forward to acting with Japan, Oscar winning actor Masahiro Motoki. Lin played a heroine in the movie "Red Cliff" says that she's very impressed with Masahiro's work in his Oscar winning film "Okuribito' (Departure).

’I’m very happy and it’s fantastic,’’ Lin said in fluent Japanese, referring to the photo book which contain pictures from ‘‘Red Cliff,’’ a Chinese epic war film.

Lin was out to impress, saying to Japanese fans ‘‘My favorite Japanese food is ramen. We also have it in Taiwan but I think the Japanese ramen is much better.’’
